Ir. Hendra Suhardi is an Indonesian engineer born in the 1960s. He graduated from the University of Atma Jaya Jakarta with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in the plastics industry as a professional engineer and later became a Sales Engineer.

As a passionate founder, he started the business with just three people. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly — now operating with a strong team and three offices across Bekasi and East Java.

He also taught the team important values such as discipline, hard work, precision, innovation, punctuality, and a strong sense of belonging. Most importantly, he emphasized always relying on God in every step.

He believes that with hard work and God's blessing, PT Multi Cipta Mas continues to stand strong and will keep growing to serve all of its customers.
